Excel ile toplu stok hareketi aktarımı
.xlsx / .xls
Import opening stock, receipts, sales, issues, transfers and spoilage in bulk. Match products using the exact Product Code already registered in the app.
Use one row per product movement. Quantities are entered as positive numbers; the movement type determines whether stock increases or decreases. Import is validated before posting. Existing records are not overwritten.

Movement types: OPENING, RECEIPT, SALE, ISSUE, TRANSFER_IN, TRANSFER_OUT, SPOILAGE. For outgoing movements, the app uses the current weighted average cost; for incoming movements, enter Unit Cost (per base unit) to update weighted average cost. Sales revenue is optional and is entered in the Revenue column. Product-level Excel sales do not automatically deduct recipe ingredients; use recipe sales in the Sales screen for that.
